Presented by Eva González, the new season of La Voz begins with major changes to its format.
El Regreso returns to Atresplayer, giving talents a second chance to re-enter the competition.
After outstanding ratings, the previous season of La Voz led its broadcast nights with an average 18.6% audience share, improving on the figures from the previous edition.
Produced by Boomerang TV for Atresmedia Televisión, La Voz returns with even more talent. Antena 3 premieres the new adult edition of the internationally successful talent show this Friday, September 15 at 10:00 p.m. Presented by Eva González, the show introduces major changes to its format that will make the battle between coaches more exciting than ever.
This season features coaches Luis Fonsi, Malú, Pablo López, and Antonio Orozco, setting up a fierce competition as they fight to build the strongest teams and secure the best voices in the competition.
The new season of La Voz introduces a major twist: the “super block.” Coaches will now find it harder than ever to secure the most sought-after voices. Each coach will have two opportunities during the Blind Auditions to overturn one of their fellow coaches’ decisions. The super block means that even after a coach presses the red button and starts convincing a talent to join their team, another coach can block them and force their chair to turn the other way, completely changing the outcome.
The upcoming season once again brings together four outstanding artists from the national and international music scene—Luis Fonsi, Malú, Pablo López, and Antonio Orozco—all of whom are leaders in music sales and experienced coaches who already know the format and how it works from previous seasons.
This season, the La Voz presented by Eva González will feature a major sponsor: Occident, the new brand from GCO (Grupo Catalana Occidente). Alongside the sponsorship, the insurer’s brand will also be integrated into various content segments throughout the different episodes of the show.
El Regreso returns, powered by Banco Santander, as a key parallel phase of the talent show designed to boost contestants’ progress. It will once again feature Miriam Rodríguez as the “fifth coach,” with the aim of giving a second chance to contestants eliminated by the main coaches during the different stages of the competition.
After each gala of La Voz on Antena 3, a new episode of El Regreso will be available on Atresplayer. Viewers will be able to see how Miriam Rodríguez works with the talents before their duels, as well as her decisions and opinions, which directly influence the main show.
Contestants selected in this phase will compete across the Blind Auditions, Battles, and Knockouts, with the final goal of reaching the stage where they can compete on equal terms in the final phase of La Voz.
