'¿Algo que declarar?' challenges participants’ compatibility and capacity for acceptance from the very start. Each contestant brings suitcases of different sizes, with each one hiding a personal secret—the larger the suitcase, the more significant the secret.
Over several rounds, the secrets of the three main contestants are revealed one by one through their suitcases. At the end, the lead participant chooses a partner. Once the decision is made, the lead contestant’s own secret is unveiled from a large red suitcase. If the chosen partner accepts it, the couple wins a prize and embarks on a trip together to get to know each other better.
The format is produced by Boomerang TV for RTVE and is based on the internationally successful show Baggage, licensed by NBCUniversal Formats, part of Universal International Studios (a division of Universal Studio Group). Baggage has been adapted in the USA, UK, France, China, Mexico, Denmark, and Vietnam.
