The days January 26, 27 and 29 mark the celebration of Benidorm Fest. This competition, organized by RTVE and held at the Palau L’Illa in Benidorm, will consist of two semifinals and a grand final where Spain’s representative for Eurovision 2022 will be chosen.

The Spanish representatives competing for a place in Turin 2022 are Azúcar Moreno, Blanca Paloma, Chanel Terrero, Gonzalo Hermida, Javiera Mena, Marta Sango, Rayden, Rigoberta Bandini, Sara Deop, Tanxugueiras, Unique, Varry Brava, and Xeinn.

The production of Benidorm Fest includes the collaboration of Boomerang TV. In addition, BTV Media, the digital department of the production company, will produce “Benidorm Calling, the video podcast you want”, a special show that will review everything happening during the festival and will be broadcast from a set located next to the stage at the Palau L’Illa venue.

Hosted by Carolina Iglesias and Fernando Macías, this video podcast will feature interviews with the artists, Eurovision experts, and special guests who will review all the latest news about the Benidorm contest in a humorous and cheeky tone throughout the week.

The program will be broadcast daily from Wednesday January 26 to Saturday January 29 at 7:30 p.m., live on RTVE Play, YouTube, and Twitch.
