Presented by Eva González, the new season of La Voz kicks off with major changes to its format and mechanics.
After outstanding ratings, the previous season of La Voz led its broadcast slots with an average audience share of 18.6%, improving on the results of the previous edition.
Produced by Boomerang TV for Antena 3, La Voz is one of the biggest music formats worldwide.
La Voz returns to Antena 3 with even more talent. The channel premieres the new adult edition of the internationally successful talent show next Friday, September 15 (10:00 p.m.). Hosted by Eva González, the show introduces important changes to its format that will make the coaches’ battles even more exciting.
With Luis Fonsi, Malú, Pablo López, and Antonio Orozco as coaches, this season features a strong competition among the artists to secure the best voices.
The show once again brings together four major national and international artists who top the charts and will be responsible for turning their chairs on the La Voz stage. All of them are already familiar with the format and have experienced it from the inside in previous years.
This edition also features a major sponsor: Occident, the new brand of the GCO (Grupo Catalana Occidente) business. Beyond sponsorship, the brand will also appear in integrated content throughout the episodes.
For viewers outside Spain, La Voz will also be available through Antena 3 Internacional and the international version of Atresplayer.

From his debut album Comenzaré (1998) to his most recent studio album Vida (2019), Fonsi has broken multiple sales records while leading international radio charts. His unique and undeniable talent, along with his extensive list of hit songs, has made him one of the most influential and successful artists in music, breaking language barriers, crossing borders, and captivating millions of people worldwide.
He has been awarded multiple gold, platinum, and diamond records, as well as some of the most prestigious music awards, including four Grammy Awards nominations, five Latin Grammy Awards, 12 Billboard Latin Music Awards, five Billboard Awards, 17 Premios Juventud, two American Music Awards, two Teen Choice Awards, and the Billboard Spirit of Hope Award, among others. In addition, Fonsi broke seven Guinness World Records thanks to the global reach of his hit Despacito.
His ninth album Vida debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart and was certified double diamond with more than 1.3 million copies sold in the United States alone. Four singles from Vida, including Despacito (with Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber), Échame La Culpa (with Demi Lovato), Calypso (with Stefflon Don), and Impossible (with Ozuna), reached number 1 on Billboard charts.
After conquering the world with Vida, Fonsi continued releasing successful singles such as Date La Vuelta (with Nicky Jam and Sebastián Yatra), Girasoles, Perfecta (with Farruko), and Vacío (with Rauw Alejandro).
Before the pandemic, he toured globally with his successful Vida World Tour, starting in Europe in 2019 and continuing through the United States, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Between 2021 and 2022, Fonsi released several international hits, including collaborations such as Bésame with Myke Towers, Vacaciones with Manuel Turizo, and Ley de Gravedad, the lead single from his tenth studio album released in March 2022 under Universal Music Latino.
The album debuted in the Top 10 of Billboard’s Top Latin Albums and accumulated massive streaming numbers across platforms, where Fonsi has billions of total plays.
Shortly after its release, Fonsi made a notable appearance at the 94th Academy Awards alongside artists such as Megan Thee Stallion and Becky G, performing We Don’t Talk About Bruno from Encanto.
After this performance, he continued touring Europe and Latin America with his Noche Perfecta Tour, while also serving as a coach on La Voz España alongside Laura Pausini, Antonio Orozco, and Pablo López.
Fonsi began 2023 with the release of the single Buenos Aires, marking a new musical era in his career.
Over the past 15 years, he has also served as spokesperson for the St. Jude “Thanks and Giving” campaign for the Hispanic community. Following the devastating Hurricane Maria, through the Luis Fonsi Foundation, he has worked extensively to support affected communities by donating supplies, medicines, and building homes in La Perla.
MALÚ
Malú is one of the undisputed female voices of Spanish pop. She began her successful career at just 16 years old with her first number-one single, Aprendiz. From that moment on, her award-winning albums and large-scale tours have made her one of the most established and respected artists in Spain.
She has received numerous awards and recognitions: more than two million records sold, 22 Platinum albums, two Latin Grammy Awards nominations, five Premios 40 Principales, the Ondas Award for Best Artist of the Year, 15 Premios Dial (making her the most awarded Spanish artist), the Medal of Andalusia, and recognition as Ambassador of Algeciras, the hometown of her legendary family.
Malú stands out for having one of the best voices in the Spanish music scene, as well as for her powerful and carefully crafted live performances. Since the beginning of her career, she has toured the country’s main venues, consistently selling out shows. In 2013, with her Tour Sí, she broke records by becoming the only Spanish female artist to fill the WiZink Center four times during a single tour. This tour became the most attended of its kind, with more than 450,000 people in 2014 and around 600,000 across the entire run.
Malú has also been recognized for her involvement in various charitable causes, actively collaborating with organizations such as Cruz Roja, UNICEF, Save the Children, and Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer. She is also a strong advocate for animal welfare, working with groups like Mascoteros Solidarios.
Major international brands such as Swarovski and L'Oréal Paris have chosen her as their ambassador, and she also has her own fragrance launched by Puig. She is also one of the key faces of La Voz, the leading talent show since its launch, where she has served as a coach in several editions and in the first season of La Voz Kids.
She is currently working on a new project, a special release that will revisit her 25-year career—an era full of anthems with which she has grown alongside her audience.
PABLO LÓPEZ
Pablo López is one of the most important figures in contemporary pop. He sings and composes as he lives, and lives as he is—without pretension, expressing through every word and every verse that touch of madness and freedom, honesty with himself and with music that defines his world.
Considered one of the most relevant songwriters in Spain, the artist is currently experiencing the best moment of his career, driven by the success of his new concert tour, which arrived in Spain after a highly successful start in Mexico, Guatemala, and a historic first visit to Costa Rica, where it sold out weeks in advance. These achievements confirm his definitive consolidation as one of the leading composers and performers of the moment. This coincides with his participation in a new season of La Voz, where his sense of humor and natural charisma have won over much of the audience across all three versions in which he has triumphed: La Voz, La Voz Kids, and La Voz Senior.
Everything Pablo López has achieved over the years has come gradually, without excess, through enormous effort and a rare ability to move people. Hence his constant gratitude to life and to those who have supported him from the beginning—those who listen to his music and are moved by it. As he himself reflects: “I never want to get off this cloud… from barely having enough for a coffee, to a situation where I could only think about surviving, to suddenly finding myself doing things I could never have dreamed of.”
Among the many awards he has received, the prestigious Premios Ondas in 2021 stands out, where he was recognized as Musical Phenomenon of the Year thanks to his Mayday Stay Tour. He is also the only Spanish artist to have entered the Pollstar ranking, which measures global ticket sales.
He has also recently received the “Man of the Year” award at the Vanitatis Awards and collected his 2023 Premios Dial in Tenerife.
Pablo López is the creator of a successful discography, including Once historias y un piano (2013), El mundo y los amantes inocentes (2015), Camino, fuego y libertad (2017), and UNIKORNIO (2020), all of which have achieved strong sales figures and supported record-breaking tours.
Recently, he released his new singles Quasi and El Abrazo Más Grande de Todos los Tiempos, both composed and produced by the artist himself, marking the beginning of his new project El Colibrí, which serves as the guiding concept for this new stage in his career.
His concert tour will travel across Spain and its islands during the summer before returning to Latin America later in the year.
ANTONIO OROZCO
Antonio Orozco is one of the most brilliant and talented artists in Spain’s music scene. His work ethic and artistic sensitivity have made him a performer whose reach has crossed borders, establishing him as an international reference in Spanish-language music.
With more than 1,500,000 records sold, 1 diamond record, 9 platinum records, and numerous gold records, Antonio Orozco is one of the most awarded and beloved artists in Spanish music. Winner of the 2003 Premios Ondas for Best Live Artist, he has also been nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards among the world’s best songwriters for his song Estoy hecho de pedacitos de ti.
Since his beginnings, success and recognition have defined a career with more than 2,500 concerts across Spain, Europe, and Latin America. Orozco has reached number 1 in countries such as Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Ecuador, and entered the Top 10 in Argentina, the United States, and Mexico, among others.
His discography includes ten albums: Un reloj y una vela (2000), Semilla del Silencio (2001), El Principio del Comienzo (2004), Edición Tour 05 (2005), Cadizfornia (2006), Renovatio (2009), Diez (2011), Dos Orillas (2013), its deluxe edition (2014), Destino (2015), and Aviónica (2020).
Antonio Orozco has also become one of the most popular coaches on La Voz, the global television phenomenon. The show’s massive audience has revealed his charismatic personality, which he also showcases on social media, where he has around 2 million followers on Instagram, 1.5 million on Facebook, and 856K on Twitter.
His connection with the public has always been a constant throughout his career. His show Único went beyond a concert or theatrical performance, completing a second season in 2019 after a nine-month theater tour with more than 135,000 attendees and 111 consecutive sold-out shows, earning him the “Golden Ticket” award.
His latest album Aviónica was a major success, reaching number one in Spain twice and moving toward double platinum certification. It also inspired a highly successful tour of the same name, featuring 82 concerts, 60 of them sold out, and attracting more than 173,500 spectators across Spain.
In 2022, Orozco worked on an international project re-recording his greatest hits with artists such as Luis Fonsi, Sebastián Yatra, and Juanes.
In 2023, he toured Latin America, performing in Montevideo, Mendoza, Córdoba, Santa Fe, Rosario, and Buenos Aires, and later launched his Spanish tour “Mitad Antonio, Mitad Orozco”, a personal and artistic journey through his dual identity as performer and person. The show revisited his greatest hits in a format designed for singing, dancing, and emotional connection with the audience.
He also released the single La Revolución, blending pop, rock, and electronic elements. In autumn 2023, he expanded his international presence with a European tour, performing in cities such as Paris, London, Brussels, and Dublin.
