Created in 1998, the Boomerang TV Group is a business conglomerate composed of various corporations that has managed to consolidate its position as one of the most successful and widely recognized media companies in Spain. The group’s main activity is producing innovative entertainment and fiction formats for national and regional networks.

But, at the Boomerang TV Group, in addition to generating local content, we're also exporting our business model beyond our borders. We have bet strongly on internationalization, which is why we are present in Italy, Colombia and Chile.

Our productions have travelled to over 85 countries and are present on every continent. The teen drama Physics or Chemistry was adapted in Russia and also became the first Spanish series adapted for the US Hispanic market.

And shows such as The Prison Choir had their own versions in Norway, Peru and Italy.

Meanwhile, the reality talent show The Calendar of the Year captivated audiences in Holland, Romania and Belgium.

And this history of hits continues with more recent successes.
The premiere of the mini-series The Time in Between (October 2013) became the most watched television debut of any national series in the last 9 years.

The production has sold in over 75 countries and is present on such key networks as Mediaset (Italy), Univisión (USA), TVN (Chile) and CTC (Russia). First Spanish series in Japan (NHK).

Furthermore, the police dramedy The Mysteries of Laura a.k.a. Mum Detective, has generated enormous interest in the international market. The series has been adapted in key territories such as Italy, Holland, Russia and the United States.

The American version, starring Debra Messing, is produced by Warner for NBC. Its US debut was a huge success. The series drew 10 million viewers and was the uncontested leader in its time slot. It is the first Spanish series commissioned for a second season in United States.

The Secret of Old Bridge is another of our star productions; a daily soap opera which, after 17 seasons and 1200 episodes, continues to reap great ratings in Spain, has also premiered in Chile (July 2014) and has become a mass phenomenon in Italy, were it leads the afternoon time slot.

The family-oriented series A Normal Family was adapted in Turkey by Fox.
