“Wasted!” adds a new twist to the usual entertainment program. The program is a campaing in which viewers learn how to adopt environmentally friendly habits by recycling and using energy more responsibly.

Diego Chueca, an expert in development and sustainability, lives with participating families in order to discover their “eco-crimes” and teach them how to avoid them. He'l use a computer program to show families the impact that their careless behaviour towards the planet can have upon their own environment. One month later, the expert returns to check on the families' progress, and, if they have really improved, they are in for a pleasant surprise.
