THE GRAND FINALE OF “THE VOICE” MARKS A RECORD FOR THE SEASON AND LEADS THE NIGHT WITH A 20.8% SHARE (2,704,000 VIEWERS)
The grand finale on “The Voice”––during which Kelly, a contestant on Laura Pausini’s team was declared the winner––broke the record for this season with a 20.8% audience share and 2,704,000 viewers. The show also led among the target audience with a fantastic 20.1% share.
The show produced by Boomerang TV for Antena 3 led among young audiences with a fantastic 22.8% share, and among audiences 25 to 44 with a whopping 20.5% share.
The music talent show, which features Alejandro Sanz, Pablo López, Laura Pausini, and Antonio Orozco as its coaches registered its most-watched minute at 11:29 p.m. when it drew 3,422,330 viewers (21.6%), reaching peaks of up to 32%.
In regional markets, the show led in Murcia (31.3%), Andalusia (23.9%), the Canary Islands (24.5%), Valencia (22.1%), Castilla León (20.8%), Catalonia (17.3%), Castilla La Mancha (18.5%), Aragon 21.9%), the Balearic Islands (22.9%), Madrid (20.4%), the Basque Country (16.8%), and the Rest (21.1%).
On social networks, the show hosted by Eva González swept the ratings, with #LaVozGranFinal ranking number one trending topic in Spain for over nine hours and amassing over 40,000 Tweets, and number five worldwide. Also trending over the course of the evening were: Laura Pausini, Alejandro Sanz, Antonio Orozco, Pablo López, Kelly, Curricé, Johanna, Paula, Beret, and Aitana, who performed with the finalists.
