January 30 will mark the start of the third edition of Benidorm Fest, where contestants compete to represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest

  • The two semi-finals and the Final gala will be produced by Boomerang TV and will air live on La 1 and RTVE Play.

The third edition of Benidorm Fest will kick off on January 30. Once again, RTVE has relied on Boomerang TV’s services to produce this contest where contestants will compete to represent Spain at the next edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Ruth Lorenzo, Marc Calderó, and Ana Prada will host the three galas of the Benidorm Fest, where, in all, 16 artists will participate in hopes of becoming our country’s next representative at Eurovision.

The First Semi-Final will be held on January 30 and will feature performances by Lérica, Noan, Sofia Coll, Mantra, Miss Caffeina, Quique Niza, Angy Fernandez, and Nebulosas. The Second Semi-Final, on February 1, will showcase the talents of Maria Pelae, Dellacruz, MARLENA, st. Pedro, Jorge González, Yoly Saa, Roger Padrós, and Almácor.

The Benidorm Fest “Grand Final” will be held on Saturday, February 3, and the winner will be chosen through a mixed voting system that includes a professional jury, televoting, and demoscopic jury. This is when we will find out who will be representing Spain at the 68th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, which will take place in Malmö next May.
