Veranda TV is an audiovisual company created in 2006 with headquarters in Barcelona, and focuses its activity on producing scripted and non-scripted shows.

Since its origins, the company has attained huge ratings success with outstanding programs such as "Crackòvia" and "Polònia", both of which aired on TV3. Thanks to this last show, Nova Veranda has received prestigious awards such as the 2007 Ondas Award for Best Local Television Program and the 2007 Iris Award for Best Entertainment Program.

It's currently producing the second season of "Merlí" spin-off, "Merlí: sapere aude", for Movistar and "Persona Infiltrada" for TV3. Some of its most outstanding productions include tiles such as "Merlí" and "Gran Nord", the series produced for TV3 alongside Portocabo. The company has also produced sucessful contests like "Oh, Happy Day!" and "Ni de conya!", and shows such as "Can bum!", "La Competència en color", "Tu diràs" and "Baleàrix", among others.
