Intellectual and industrial property
All the contents of the WEB (videos, music, texts, photographies, images, software, source codes, etc.), are intellectual property of BOOMERANG TV, S.A. or of third parties and they could not be reproduced, copied/pasted, transmitted, distributed or manipulated anyway and with any purpose, without the previous authorization and of BOOMERANG TV, S.A., keeping always duly credited the “copyright” or any other indicator of the intellectual property of the materials or contents. Any use of the Contents of this WEB not authorized specifically by BOOMERANG TV, S.A. will be considered a violation of the international laws of “copyright” that protects the author rights.

Connected sites
The WEB will eventually include technical devices of connection that will allow the User to accede to other websites of Internet (Connected sites). In these cases, BOOMERANG TV, S.A. will act as lender of services of intermediation in accordance with article 17 of the Spanish Law 34/2002, of 12 of July, of Services of the Society of the Information and Electronic Commerce and he will only be responsible for the contents and services provided in the Connected Sites insofar as it has effective knowledge of the illegality and has not deactivated the connection with the diligence due. BOOMERANG TV, S.A. does not participate nor has any knowledge of the contents and services of the Connected Sites and therefore denies any and all liability concerning the illegality, quality, not availability, error and uselessness of the Connected Sites nor by any other damage that is not directly imputable to BOOMERANG TV, S.A.

References to Webs and connections to other Web sites
Any mentions to third parties Web sites in the WEB are mere references. BOOMERANG TV, S.A. does not develop or administers these Web sites, nor is the holder of mentioned domains. Therefore it is not responsible for their contents, neither it can be for the damages derived from the access, nor from the generated ones in the use of the services that they provide. Any third party web site or personal web that permits the access to the WEB through virtual windows included in their sites or similar technologies or designs, must show the WEB in its totality, allowing the visualization of the holder credits, copyrights and Legal Warnings. Any content of the WEB inserted in third parties website shall be credited with the (c) BOOMERANG TV, S.A. and the year that correspond, as well as WEB domain.

Acceptance of the general conditions
The User commits itself to use the WEB and the services in accordance with the Law and these Conditions, as well as with the moral and generally accepted moral convention and the public order. The User shall be liable of any damages and damages that could be caused as a result of the breach of this obligation.
